River Panda is an independent brand run by Maera McDonald. This page explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights. Plain English — no legal-speak gotchas.
What we collect
When you visit riverpanda.xyz:
- Email address — only if you join the Drop List (newsletter) or contact us directly. Used to email you when new designs drop.
- Cart contents — stored locally in your browser so your cart survives a refresh. Not sent to us.
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited. Standard for any website, used to keep the site working and spot abuse.
When you buy something on our Printify storefront (river-panda.printify.me):
- Shipping address — needed to ship your order.
- Email address — order confirmation and shipping updates.
- Payment info — processed by Printify's payment partners (Stripe, PayPal). We never see your card number.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your email with third parties for marketing.
- We don't run third-party ad-tracking pixels (no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads remarketing).
- We don't store your payment information — that's Printify's payment processor.
Who we share with
The only third parties that touch your data:
- Printify — our print-on-demand partner. They receive your shipping address and order details to print and ship your order. Printify privacy policy.
- DreamHost — hosts riverpanda.xyz. Standard server log retention.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we have about you
- Delete your data (note: we can't delete order records we're required to keep for tax purposes)
- Unsubscribe from the Drop List at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link)

Cookies
We use minimal cookies — a session cookie for keeping you logged in if you have an account, and your browser's localStorage for cart contents. No tracking cookies.
Kids
If you're under 13, please don't enter your email or place an order without a parent's help.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Big changes get an email to the Drop List.
