Returns

Every River Panda piece is made-to-order — we don't keep stock. That means we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes. Please use the size guide before ordering.

That said, here's what we WILL replace or refund:

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives with a print defect, stitching issue, or damage from shipping, we'll replace it for free or refund you — your choice.

You have 30 days from delivery to report a defect. Email maera@riverpanda.xyz with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect
  • Your shipping address

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Wrong item received

If you got the wrong color, size, or design, that's on us — we'll send the right one at no cost. Same email, same info as above, plus a photo of what you received.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, first check with neighbors and around your property. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate or send a replacement.

Sizing exchanges: we can't exchange a perfectly-made hoodie just because it doesn't fit. Print-on-demand can't absorb the cost. Please measure yourself or a hoodie you own before ordering — the size guide has the exact garment measurements.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once production starts (typically same business day), it can't be cancelled — your hoodie is already being printed for you specifically.
